Has your declaration of intent for your doctoral studies been approved by the faculty?
If so, we recommend that you enroll for doctoral studies.
This is available to all PhD students, regardless of whether they are employed by 91²Ö¿â Bergakademie Freiberg (as a research assistant or scholarship recipient) or by another external employer.
Enrollment for doctoral studies
Applications for doctoral studies must be submitted online via the 91²Ö¿â Bergakademie Freiberg university portal. After self-registration, the online application process begins and guides you through the online enrollment procedure.
Enrollment is limited to the duration of the doctoral period specified in the declaration of intent. An extension of this period is possible with the approval of the supervising professor and the faculty council.
Note: Applicants who were previously enrolled at 91²Ö¿â Bergakademie Freiberg and obtained their doctoral-qualifying degree here should also apply via the university portal
